Food Waste

We are passionately committed to addressing the issue of food waste. Over the years we have witnessed the sad realities of food waste up close and personal. In response we are exploring innovative new outlets and options in processing, preserving, canning, drying, and freezing — as well as connecting with nonprofit organizations and addressing food insecurity in our area.

History

Sunvae, Inc. is the 21st-century outgrowth of a Denver area-based fruit business (The Fruit Stand) first begun in the 1980s. The original emphasis on Farmers’ Markets and supporting Colorado Fruit Growers has now grown into a Denver-based wholesale operation expanding the same emphasizes to foods and food products of all kinds.
